Visual + marketing design
H2O+ Beauty is a global skincare brand partnering with Disney, ULTA, international accounts (Russia, Hong Kong), and more. For their brand refresh in 2019 they had to edit a lot of customer facing and internal materials.
MY ROLE: I worked in-house on a variety of projects starting with creating marketing, pr, and sales visuals, coordinating and producing video and photo shoots, creating packaging, email marketing and web assets.
SKILLS/TOOLS: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Presentation visualization, typography, layout, iconography, art direction, email designs, GIF creation.
.. include a variety of digital and print assets, created to support marketing, product development, and sales teams. Landing pages, one pagers, presentation materials, promotional packaging and inserts, flyers, web and print banners, SWAG, environmental designs, and more.
H2O+ creative requests for landing pages included promotional offers blocks, new product launch info pages, and some more complex features as “Product Finder”. I always design new assets with consideration of existing style. After reviewing overall look and feel of assets, I analyze if we should make some edits in creative guide based on new features added.

Flyers & Brochures
Consistent to brand and distribution channels marketing materials that support new products and include new stylized photography.
Responsive banners are an important part of work while dealing with outside vendors. Often the dimensions and live area of the banner is not given, so some research and mockups are a key to success. While partnering with ULTA, Dermstore, Itsy etc. we always tried to promote our brand on their website banners.
H2O+ international accounts often request multiple size banners for their not standardized banner system. Each campaign included 20-30 banner sizes.
A request for shopping bag with just a logo and 2 colors. The goal was to have a more elevated product. After putting together a mood board and a couple of sketches, the final design’s inspiration came from New Yorker tote and from the design features that already existed in logo, but have never been utilized before.
Email & Social Images
H2O+ has a huge presence in online and social world.
Motion grabs attention. Motion eliminates the burden of filling in the gaps between action and result. Motion graphics outperform static one by 40% as our A/B testing showed.
After series of A/B testing we discovered that including natural features in the emails and GIFs increases the engagement.
Amenities for Disney exclusive products.
The challenge of this project is to include images that Disney vendor provides, and also choose the ones that are in line with H2O+ branding.
A bonus challenge: try combining H2O+ rebrand 2019 features and current 2018 brand guideline.
Keep it minimal, but inspirational and fairy.
